If you have any problem with our products or service please feel free to contact us. We guarantee the hair quality and allow any returns or refunds caused by our faults.
Note:1. All orders must be returned with 3 days from the date you purchase. We will refund the full payment within 3 days.
2. For the hair, it should not be used, damaged, colored with the original packagings.
3. If you want to return the hair back to us, please contact us first and send it to our return address. If you do not contact us and send it back, we will not accept to receive this package.
3. Your money will be sent back immediately once we received the returned package. Normally the buyers will cover the shipping fee back to us.
4. We also allow replacing the orders. Please feel free to contact our customer service ASAP if the order is not sent out. If you received the parcel, you have to send it back then we can replace once we receive the returned parcel.

Exchange

We are committed to creating quality service. If you dislike the hair, we are glad to help you exchange the hair.
Note:1. If you want to change your order, please contact us first. Then we will help you to change it. But please contact me within 3 days.
2. If your order was not to be shipped out, we will update your order info right now. But you should pay the charge for a new order.
3. If you have received your order, we also can help you to exchange the hair. For the hair, it should not be used, damaged, colored with the original packagings. And you should pay the shipping fee and charge.

Unsuccessful delivery

• 1.If the parcel is not delivered by wrong address buyers offer. We are not responsible for any loss.
• 2. If the parcel is not delivered by courier(FedEx or DHL), We can resend the parcel to you or offer a refund.

Order Cancelling

• 1. If contact us within 12 hours, the order can be canceled without any charge.
• 2. If the parcel was sent out, the order is not able to be canceled.
